Another thing about this game of basketball is you want to be in good condition. You need to be in shape. There is alot of running and jumping in this game of basketball. When you see basketball players that are in the NBA, College, Highschool and even Middle School running up and down the court the whole game, its not just because they are good in basketball but because they are in good basketball condition for it. 1 thing to do to get in basketball shape is to run suicides. When you get the hang of them you want to time yourself so you can get faster at it. Another thing you can do is run sprints up and down the court. Sprints are running as fast as you can.
You want to do this everyday and you will be in basketball shape in no time. Stamina is very important in the game of basketball. If you have the all fundamentals down and the stamina you will be on the court alot.
